Giro has been leading the bike industry for more than 30 years. Their obsession with designing and answering unmet needs led them to serve the rider through personal expression and advanced performance. When we started selling their products in 2016, listings were being manipulated by all sellers involved. Amazons “anarchy” allowed any seller to make changes to the listings as they pleased. There was no consistency on the listings, brands’ guidelines were not implemented, and customers needed to take long hours to find the products they wanted. After a brief discovery and different meetings, we came up with a game plan and stepped up all of their digital touchpoints. We designed and developed Amazon’s storefront and A+ content, with fresh new styling and information. By allowing us access in Amazon’s programs in 2020, we were able to achieve structure and consistency on the listings. Today, Giro is achieving excellent performance in the marketplace, and we are thrilled to have been a part of its upgrade.
